Create an account, confirm your email, then sign in. In My Maps, select New map and enter a name. Open the map to add locations and inspection questions.

Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email. Your account needs email confirmation before you can sign in.

While connected, save the map from My Maps and open it once. Use the published app for offline reopening. Do not sign out before going into the field.

Queued status, answer and note edits sync when you reconnect. The sync control shows pending edits. Keep the app open while syncing and check that the pending count returns to zero.

Use Refresh in the map to retrieve the latest records. Other devices’ changes do not automatically replace your saved work area.

Yes. Photos are saved with your queued field edits on the device and upload when you reconnect. Keep the app and browser data intact until syncing finishes.
