Before leaving coverage
Use the published app. Sign in, save your work area from My Maps and open it once. Check that it is marked Available offline. Keep that account signed in.
At each location
Record inspection answers, notes and a work-order status. These edits are queued locally. Keep your device and browser data intact until the queue is synced.
Photos and map imagery
Capture photos with your field records; queued attachments upload when you reconnect. Offline records do not guarantee that every map tile or zoom level will be available without coverage.
When you reconnect
Keep the app open so queued edits can sync. Check the pending count, use Sync now if needed, and wait for it to reach zero.
Refresh your work area
Use Refresh to retrieve the latest map records and status colors. Sync your own edits first, then review the updated work area.
